Formation of Hong Kong limited Company
1. Set up new Hong Kong limited Company (Corporation):Procedure:
-Customer provides Chinese and English Company name to us. We will search in the Companies Registry to ensure the name has not yet been used.
-There must be at least one shareholder, one director, and one Company Secretary. Shareholder and director can be the same person. Shareholder and director must be over 18 years’ old. There is no limit on the nationality.
-Customer provides identity card / passport number and address for shareholder, director and Company Secretary. Shareholder and director’s address can be outside Hong Kong. Company secretary must provide Hong Kong residential address or registered office address if the Company Secretary is a corporation.
-We can arrange speed post to customer to sign all the documents. There is no need for overseas customer to come in Hong Kong.
-The whole process takes around 10 working days if use paper format. If submit application online, the whole process takes around 3 working days. We will send the Company Kits which include Certificate of Incorporation, Business Registration Certificate, Memorandum and Articles of Association, Share Certificates, Registers of directors and shareholders, Minutes log book, Company seal, Company Chop and all others related documents via courier.

- We provide list of shelf companies for customers to choose.
- We will arrange transfer of shares and appointment of directors.
